  • Landlord gas cert and boiler service: Per service €100+VAT(€113)
  • Power flushing: Per service €450+VAT(€510) up to 9radiators, then €30+VAT(€34) per additional radiator.
  • Thermostatic radiator valves: Per item €35+VAT(€40) per valve supplied and fitted
  • Hot water cylinder 117litre: Per item €550+VAT(€625) supplied and fitted
  • Radiators: Per item €70-€220 inc VAT + fitting
  • Vertical Radiators: Per item €250-€450 inc VAT + Fitting
  • Gas services: Per hour €90+ VAT(€100)
  • Plumbing services: Per hour €80+ VAT(€90)
